My monitor keeps shutting off?

Probably has a faulty power board. I have an acer monitor that had this problem, it cost about $16 to replace the power board. I replaced it myself in a little over an hour and a half. Other things to check is that your computer isn't going into sleep or that it isn't set to turn the monitor off after a certain amount of time. Check you power settings.
