Can anyone help me make this career choice?

I am a recent graduate from U.C.F. I graduated with a Sport and Exercise Science degree in the college of education. The jobs I am looking at are teaching (starting salary around $33k) or working as a manager trainee with either enterprise or hertz (both start around $32k but supposedly have quick advancement opportunities) I am wondering which would be better in the long run? I am kind of leaning towards the car rental companies because I can start immediately but from my research online the hours and workload are a bit outrageous with the rental places.
