Car accident. Now what?

I rented a Hertz vehicle and was involved in a car accident, where I was at fault. The other driver filed a claim with Hertz, and Hertz sent out the check for his car to be repaired. The Hertz vehicle that I rented was in worse shape, the whole front bumper came off and had to be towed. What happens now, will I be liable for damages to both vehicles? Will I get points on my license?
