Justin Bieber Soundcheck! :) :) Please answer!?

I want to know what soundcheck is like, and how much it costs! I want to go with my friend, but I don't want the limo ride or the after party unless it is really something..please help! Is the after party really something? how much would it be for my friend and I to go without the limo ride (and with or without the after party)? Is the soundcheck fun? is it worth the money? please answer all the questions and I want someone who has done this before with JB! :)
