Need to know this song!?

I only know the video of it: I think it is a male singer, and the music video was one of those "backwards videos". There was definitely a car crash in it and maybe the main person saved a woman from a car crash at the end. I think she might have been in a car crash in the beginning, but then the video plays backwards and in the end the man saves her. I'm not totally sure of this. It was definitely not the scientist by coldplay though... I really hope I can get the name of this song because its really bugging me that I can't remember it! :)
