SMBGLBR (WORD PUZZLE OF SOME KIND)?

What is this? Is it an acronym, a saying like, "Roses are red, Violets are blue" written like RARVAB, is it some mnemonic like ROYGBIV or ROYGBIV backwards? This is from a defunct IQ test. I just can't figure it out! HELP!
