How to port a sub box to 32 hertz?

i have 2 1000w 12 inch pyles and i want to build a box for them so they get the best sound. i was told to tune the box ports to 32 hertz, one prob, i dont know what the &%?# that means or how i would do that so can you please help me thanks.
