As a member of a country where one is most likely to get skin cancer...?

The higher the SPF number the higher the protection but SPF 30 is adequate for pretty much anything you will ever need,the way its calculated is by multiplying the amount of time you would normally take to get sunburned by SPF so for example if you will get sunburned in 20 minutes with no protection at all then multiply 20 X 30 = 600 minutes, do you REALLY want to sunbake for 10 hours straight? Unless you are an albino or have some weird skin condition there is no real difference between SPF 30 and SPF 1 million.
