HDMI Help Please!!! Please!!! Please!!!?

I have a Panasonic 1080p HD t.v. but it is only 60 hertz. I have a Samsung Blu Ray player and I am trying to get the best picture out of it. I bought a HDMI cord from Walmart but feel like I am not getting the best pic possible. Please help inform me on which HDMI cord you think will best help my t.v. to get the best picture. Please keep in mind that I have a 60 hertz t.v. not a 120 hertz t.v. Thanks
