I twisted my ankle and it won't stop hurting?

Ok so a few months back while i was drunk i was walking backwards and fell back on the stones and when i got up i couldn't walk properly but only hop on 1 foot. The next day it was swollen, bruised and i could not put weight on it. Now a few months on: the bruising and swelling have gone down but the pain has not, and i still can not walk on it properly?

What are some dives? (that I could do?)?

I'm on the dive team but I'm sorta new at it. So far I can do forward tuck dive and a backward straight dive. Of course I could also do a front jump and a back jump too. But I need another dive to be able to compete. I've tryed a front flip but I kept turning on my side and not tucking enough. Then I tryed a back flip but I tucked to soon so I didn't reach and ended up doing a backward cannon ball. I need to learn a new dive tomorrow but I don't know what!! Any easy ideas!!
