How do I get Elder Scrolls III Morrowind to work on xbox 360?

I've downloaded the latest updates for my xbox 360, have the hard drive, and it just keeps say that the game is not supported on my console. Its on the backwards compatibility list, so i have no idea why its doing this. Help please?
